Brad Edwards
Account Manager
Brad Edwards brings more than 10 year’s worth of experience working in IT staffing and his depth of knowledge spans the entire IT spectrum: Development, Applications, Networks, Infrastructure, as well as Desktop and End User Support. He has worked for the two largest IT staffing companies in the industry and partnered with three Fortune Top 20 healthcare companies in three major markets in the United States: Atlanta, Charlotte, and Denver.
During his tenure, Brad partnered with a Fortune Top 25 healthcare company and grew it into the largest healthcare account in the Southeast. Through great relationships and a solid understanding of the initiatives specifically related to the Affordable Care Act, his team provided technical resources that enabled the technology overhaul within the industry. They provided resources tied to EMR/EHR, Preventive Health, ICD-10 Compliance, the Affordable Care Act, mergers, acquisitions, just to name a few. In doing so, he felt a sense of gratification that he and his team had directly impacted the health and longevity of life for future generations.
A short list of Brad’s professional accomplishments include:
• Consistently rated one to the Top 10 Account Managers in the company.
• In the Atlanta market, he broke one of the largest grossing accounts in the company. He was promoted twice during this time while leading two additional Account Managers to support the account in supplemental markets.
• Largest growth for a new account over a 12-month period in the state of Colorado.
• Promoted 4 out of 5 Recruiters into new roles within the company.
• Winner of multiple company-wide sales contests
Clients working with Brad can expect transparency, reliability, consistency, and a partner dedicate to helping them achieve positive outcomes. It’s this level of commitment that is the key to Brad and his clients’ success.
Brad graduated from East Carolina University in 2001 with a BS in Business/Marketing. He grew up in North Carolina and went to college there before moving to Los Angeles. He lived in LA for five years before returning East to Atlanta. He met his wife Nicole in 2010 and they married in 2013.
He accepted a position in Denver and kids soon followed. He and Nicole have a 2-year old daughter as well as a newborn son who is 11 weeks old. They are his purpose for being and the source of his inspiration. He has an amazing family and they enjoy spending their time together going to parks, the zoo, the Aquarium, biking, hiking, and many other outdoor activities. They’re also a family of foodies who like to support farm-to-table restaurants, but he’s equally happy staying home and enjoying Nicole’s amazing cooking.
They will be returning to Atlanta in June 2016.
